The system is automated and the option of choosing an appraiser is available on the home page. You may select three appraisers from the list of appraisers who cover the area in which you work. Each appraiser has a short biography to help you make a selection, which also includes information on their availability. It is important to read an appraiser’s availability to avoid disappointment. Once an appraiser has accepted you, you will receive a confirmation e-mail via the website asking you to set a date for your appraisal. Go to your appraiser’s calendar and choose a date from the available slots. This will be confirmed by your appraiser and you receive an automated e-mail via the website. Your appraiser may also e-mail you independently of the appraisal system, to make suggestions or give you more specific information.
